General information

Our tap water has drinking water quality and is furthermore vitalised using the famous Tyrolean Grander Technology.

Linen, hand towels and tea towels are provided.

We have a special dryer for your ski-boots as well as a dryer for clothes.

Haus Rafalt is completely non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

• Arrival:
  Please note that rooms are available after 15:00 o'clock and are reserved until 18:00 o'clock (kindly advise in case your arrival will be later than that).
• Departure:
  Check out is at 10:00 o'clock
• Liquidation:
  Payment should be done the evening before departure.
• We do not accept credit cards for payment of accommodation, therefore only cash payment or bank transfer is possible.
• Reservation:
  Reservations are only valid in written form via E-mail, fax or letter.
  In order to guarantee your booking, an initial payment of 30% or 100% of the total amount has to be done in advance.
• Cancellations and changes up until 60 days before arrival are free.
• Cancellations and changes from 60 to 30 days before arrival will be charged with a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations and changes from 30 days to 7 days before arrival will be charged with a 70% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations and changes from 7 days on prior to arrival or no shows will be charged with a 90% cancellation fee.
